A Great Summer Breakfast Idea

Looking for a quick, easy, nutritional, and lighter breakfast now that the temperature is rising outside? Start your day off right with a fruit smoothie! They are easy to make and will give you the energy needed to kick start your morning! In a blender, add frozen or fresh fruit of your choice, yogurt, orange juice, 2 ice cubes and some cold water if more liquid is needed. Blend all ingredients together, pour into a glass and enjoy!
